1. How can I be assessed for loan eligibility upon registration?
To be considered for loan eligibility, you must have selected the consent checkbox during registration, indicating that you agree to be offered Maya Business loan products.
If you were unable to select this option during registration, you may still update your preference. Please follow these steps:
Log in to your Maya QuickTax account.
Click your Profile located on the upper right of the screen
Choose Data Sharing
Enable or tick the ‘loan services consent checkbox’.
Once the consent has been provided, your account may be reviewed for loan eligibility.
2. How can I request a loan eligibility assessment?
If you would like to inquire about your loan eligibility, please ensure that you have already completed the required loan services consent checkbox in your profile settings.
After confirming this setup, you may send your request or inquiry to: [email protected]
If you have a Maya Business account, please include your registered account details in your message to help facilitate the review of your eligibility status.
