Yes. You may securely provide your payment details during sign-up to enable automatic renewal once your free trial or active subscription period ends. This helps ensure uninterrupted access to your Maya Quick Tax services and features.
During the free trial period, you will have access to tax forms applicable to your organization type. You may also file your taxes and access your previous filings within the platform throughout the trial period.
Once your free trial expires, you will be prompted to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using Maya Quick Tax services. If auto-renewal has been enabled and valid payment details were provided, the applicable subscription fee will automatically be charged based on your selected plan.
Maya Quick Tax offers flexible subscription plans that may include monthly, quarterly, and annual options. Available plans, pricing, and inclusions may vary depending on your merchant profile and applicable promotional offers.
Upon expiration of your subscription, access to paid Maya Quick Tax features and services may be suspended until renewal or successful payment of a new subscription plan. If auto-renewal is enabled, your subscription will automatically renew using your saved payment method, subject to successful payment processing
If your subscription is inactive or has expired, access to certain Maya Quick Tax features may be limited. However, your account data and previous filings will remain securely stored in the platform. You may otherwise file a data access request through the Help Center, which may be requested up to five (5) times only. To regain full access to your records and services, you may also renew or subscribe to an active Maya Quick Tax plan at any time.
Yes. The organization owner may invite an unlimited number of members. Invited members will receive an email invitation to join the organization. If they do not yet have a Maya Quick Tax account, they will be asked to create one by providing only their Name, Email Address, and Mobile Number. If they already have an account, they simply need to accept the invitation — no new account is required. Once accepted, they will have access to the organization's Maya Quick Tax functions.
Yes. Inviting members is available during your free trial and while your subscription is active. If your trial or subscription expires, members will remain part of the organization, but access to the organization's paid features will be restricted until the subscription is renewed.
Members may file taxes and make tax payments on behalf of the organization. They will not be able to invite or manage other members, nor perform any subscription-related actions such as subscribing, renewing, upgrading, or updating payment details — these are reserved for the organization owner.
