Maya Quick Tax is an online platform that allows businesses and individuals in the Philippines to generate, file, and manage BIR tax returns electronically.
Go to maya.juan.tax, enter your email address, verify using the OTP sent to your email, and fill out the required personal and organization details.
You will need your name, email, mobile number, taxpayer classification (individual or non‑individual), trade name, business address, Tax Identification Number (TIN), and Revenue District Office (RDO).
You can create organizations classified as either Individual (such as sole proprietors or freelancers) or Non‑Individual (such as partnerships and corporations).
From the dashboard, select your organization and click the 'Start Return' button. Then choose the tax form you want to generate and follow the steps to complete the return.
The platform supports several BIR forms including 1700, 1701, 1701‑A, 1701‑Q, 1702‑Q, 1702‑RT, 1702‑EX, 0605, 0619‑E, 0619‑F, 1601‑C, 1601‑EQ, 1601‑FQ, 2550‑M, 2550‑Q, and 2551‑Q.
BIR Form 2550‑Q is the Quarterly Value‑Added Tax (VAT) return used by VAT‑registered businesses to report and pay VAT on sales and purchases.
Individuals or businesses subject to VAT with annual gross sales or receipts exceeding PHP 3,000,000.
It must be filed on or before the 25th day following the end of each taxable quarter.
BIR Form 2551‑Q is the Quarterly Percentage Tax return used by non‑VAT taxpayers with annual sales not exceeding PHP 3,000,000.
VAT‑exempt businesses, certain financial institutions, franchisees of utilities, and some transport carriers depending on their revenue classification.
BIR Form 0619‑E is the Monthly Remittance Return for Creditable Income Taxes Withheld (Expanded). It is used by withholding agents to remit expanded withholding taxes.
It should be filed every 10th day of the following month after the withholding was made.
BIR Form 1601‑EQ is the Quarterly Remittance Return of Creditable Withholding Taxes filed by withholding agents who deduct and remit withholding taxes on income payments.
Complete the tax form inside the platform and choose a filing option such as 'eFile Only', 'Filed Offline', or 'Send to Client' depending on how you want to process the return.
Tax returns transmitted after 9:00 PM will be sent to the BIR on the next business day.
Yes. The system can automatically generate attachments such as SLSP (Summary Listing of Sales and Purchases), SAWT (Summary Alphalist of Withholding Tax), and QAP when the corresponding schedules are completed.
Yes. You can amend a filed tax return by selecting the return from your dashboard, clicking 'Filing Options', and choosing 'Amend Now'.
Yes. The 'Send to Client' feature allows you to email the return to a client for approval before filing.
Open the tax form, click 'Preview', then use the Download or Print icons to save or print a copy.
If the confirmation does not appear immediately, it may mean the BIR has not yet responded. The system will automatically follow up with the BIR to retrieve the confirmation.
